Chocolate chip banana muffin 香蕉巧克力马芬



I had decided to bake a Chocolate chip banana muffin for my friend's graduation that day, it's a recipe taken from the Taste website. The taste is not bad but...I burnt the bottom part of the muffin >"< I am not used to the oven in my friend's house (it is fire-operated)~ Anyway, I can guarantee that the ending result (your muffin) will look great if you use the normal oven to bake ^^

I am too lazy to rewrite the recipe in English so...please refer to the Taste website, thank you XD

Reminder: I know I had mentioned this before but please allow me to remind you all once again...don't overbeat the batter! Or else your muffin will have a very hard texture


那天为朋友的毕业典礼烤了个香蕉巧克力马芬,这食谱取自Taste的网站~味道还不错,只可惜我这次烤焦了马芬的底部 >"< 因为不太熟悉朋友家的烤箱(底部有火的那种)所以烤焦了,各位不用担心,如果你用的是普通烤箱,我保证这个温度烤出来的马芬一定是美美的 ^^

分量:11个

材料:2 杯自发粉
            1/2 杯糖
            1/2 杯牛奶
            2 个蛋
            2 条香蕉,压烂
            60 克牛油,溶化
            1 杯 (200克)巧克力豆

做法:1。将自发粉和糖混好。
            2。把蛋打散,加入牛奶,压烂的香蕉和溶化的牛油。
            3。将1。和2。搅匀,不要过分搅拌
            4。加入巧克力豆。
            5。倒入马芬模,烤20分钟,200度。

提醒:虽然之前说过了,但是小女还是要很啰嗦地提醒一次(哎呀歹势啦 XP)~做马芬的要诀就是不能过度搅拌,这样烤出来的马芬才松软好吃噢

Chocolate muffin 巧克力马芬



29th October was my friend-- Andy's birthday. I had pretty limited time to make him something, so I decided to go for this very fast and easy recipe. It's easy to bake, everyone is welcomed to try out this recipe ^^

Portion: 10 muffins

Ingredients:  (A) 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
                          2 tablespoons cocoa powder
                          3/4 cup fine sugar
                          1 cup chocolate chips

                   (B) 1 cup milk
                        1/3 cup melted butter
                        1 egg

Method: 1. Mix (A)
              2. Mix (B)
              3. Slowly pour (B) into (A). Stir gently, do not overmix
              4. Pour 3. into muffin cups , bake at 200 degrees C (fan-forced), for 20 minutes.

Tips: Never ever overmix the batter. I for once overmixed it, and the result was...muffin as hard as a rock! haha! The batter should look a bit lumpy.

话说十月二十九号是我朋友Andy的生日~也忘了当天在忙什么,总之就是时间紧凑,所以做了个简便的巧克力马芬给他。这食谱非常容易上手,欢迎烘焙新手尝试 ^^


份量:10 个马芬


材料:(A)1 3/4 杯自发粉
                   2 汤匙可可粉
                   3/4 杯幼糖
                   1 杯巧克力豆


             (B)1 杯牛奶
                     1/3 杯溶化牛油
                     1 粒鸡蛋


做法:1。将 (A)搅匀
          2。将 (B)搅匀
          3。把 (B)慢慢倒入(A)。拌匀即可,不要过度搅拌
          4。把 3。倒入放了纸杯的马芬模,放入烤箱 200 C (fan-forced), 烤 20 分钟。


提示:做马芬最最重要的诀窍是。。。不能过度搅拌!像我有一次就是搅得太匀,结果马芬烤
            出来硬得像石头一样!哈哈! 面糊看来有小团块属正常现象
